Friday, February 25th, Teen Challenge Columbus Girls Academy students attended "A Love Story" sponsored by First Assembly of God in Phenix City. Students were inspired by the example and testimony of guest speaker Susanne Cox.
The Teen Challenge Columbus Girls Academy is a 15-month discipleship program for girls 13-17 with life-controlling problems. We are a disciplined and structured environment that emphasizes character development and personal responsibility. Our program is designed to develop the whole person in four main areas: spiritual, social, academic and physical.
Our 200-acre campus is a special place where students and families experience peace and tranquility as they work through the process of restoring relationships. We have a 35-acre lake for fishing, canoeing and paddle boats, hiking trails, tennis and basketball courts, softball field and volleyball. There are four student dorms, recreation building, school, laundry facility and main lodge on the lake where the dining, kitchen and offices are contained.
